Deduction of my balance

Dear sir,

I have recharger for 98rs for free Internet on mobile for 30 days in-spite of that they are charging and deducting from my main balance till now they charged 19.30 rs, when i called customer care they are like."our server id down we are not able to revive your details, call after 1 hour".when i called again they refusing to accept..
