Service Activation

I haven't subsribe GPRS service from idea cellular and found services is activated on my cell no. 9702228259 so I am continues requesting customer care to stop GPRS Service and they always suggest different idea to stop and service not yet stop from last 20 Days. i am continues requesting customer care officer on 198 to help me to short-out the problem, but the problem not yet been shoted-out. I had sent "DEACTGPRS" SMS on 12345 also but the service is not stopped. My last request no. is 1-18233998906.
