Idea cellular customer care service
Misbehaviour to the client

Hi,

Today i called to the idea customer care service and as i was describing my problem, the customer care executive just disconnect the call.

And he refused to register my complaint and to give me the complaint register number. I am paying a 50 paise for every 3 minutes calls. Due to this i loss my money and the officer insulted me.
