No recharge talktime after making payment of Rs. 350

Dear Sir,

please register a complain with the following details I have recharge my prepaid mobile through the official website www.ideacellular.com dated 23/5 since yesterday I talked seven times to customer care but with rude behaviour no satisfactory answer given by the officials.

My balance is not updated kindly update talk time of Rs. 350 immediately as amount is already deducted from account and talk time value should be updated within 24 hrs.
