Automatic activation of additional VAS and non deactivation after continuous reminde

I made a request for deactivation of voice chat service (which was activated on 14-02-11 without any instruction or request from my side) by calling idea customer care on 12-03-11 and got a confirmation message from IZ-SIVR that the same will be deactivated by 14-03-11 (SR no. of the request is 1-13154446492).

I made a further call on 15-03-11 to idea customer care when Rs 30 was deducted from my balance and the executive assured me that the balance will be refunded to my account within 24 hours but no action on the same has been taken yet.
