WRONG BILLING

I have been using idea cellullar connection bearing mobile no 9844014766 since 1998, in month of november without my knowledge, service provider had activate my gprs pack, with 399 monthly offer, since my usage was high, i never bothered to check call details, and kept making payments, in month of february10, i went to pay my bill, people at counter told me my GPRS pack 399 was active, i asked them to deactivate the same, and waive excess amount charged, they subsequently passed waiver for 3 months, i called customer customer and lodged a complaint online, customer care representative, called me on 28/6 and told me they give any waiver for wrong billing, plz do help me on this...
