Unnecessary balance deduction

Hello,

I am Rajan from Bangalore and my mobile number is 9844207010.

I am using Idea mobile from many years.and I usually activate my internet pack every month for Rs.98, and this time I was aware of that My GPRS packis expired so I was not using the internet in my cell as I have Wifi at home.

Idea is deducting amount from my balance whenever I recharge my cellphone telling that I have used GPRS from that. It happens only whenvere I recharge my cell and automatically they connect GPRS to my cellphone while sleeping which I have deactivated connecting automatically in my cell. This is the second time it happend only when I recharge my mobile phone.

This time I recharged for Rs.500 which I got talktime of 525 and I made calls, after that balance was Rs.495.next morning when I woke up and saw the balance it was Rs.105.Which they are telling I have used GPRS in that.which is false as I have never connected myself that day as I was sleeping. They make use of the situation and they connect to GPRS automatic and they tell I have used it when I was sleeping. And when I called customer care 4 times they disconnect calls everytime without giving any clear information. I have asked them to give the details of the website which I browsed then they dont give any information on that as I have never used GPRS for browsing that day.

At last I spoke to customer care by tryin 4 time from the morning, by evening I spoke with Mr. Nagaraj for help to clear the issue, He never taken this as the problem and he said I have used and Rs.384 has been deducted for GPRS.I asked for his employee ID he didn't give and disconnected the call telling that you do whatever you want to do I wont give refund.

I am really unhappy with the service what they are giving. and I want my refund back and I never want to use such kind of GPRS from this kind of service providers.

Please help me to solve the issue and get my refund back and they shouldn't make use of the customers situatioon and deduct the amount which is not a small amount.
