I complain about activation of my Idea No 9891446743 a lot of time to Appllate Authority, Grivance as well as customer care but till now my No is not activated and they called me again and again but My No is not activated what can i do?

As per our telephonic discussion i told you that i submitted my documents to your idea show room address is D.B.Communication WZ 16, Vashist Park, Strt No 5, Near Aggarwal Sweet Ph No 28520090 and customer care executive mobile no of that office is 9718303488. Today i visited to that office he told me that i send your documents on dated 30/11, where is fault, how can my no will be activated, How much time you take for activation of my number.
