Illegal Charges for one month for Unlimited GPRS

I am P Anjani Prabhakar having post paid connection 954063649. At the time of taking this connection Dated 24th Nov executive of the company told that there is facility of Unlimited GPRS for just Rs.150 with request to costumer care calling by costumer. On 27th Nov i called to costumer care to activate the unlimited GPRS but the representative told this facility already activated on your no. But no one inform me that Rs. 150 will be charged as on flat basis. i.e. if you activate the facilities on 24th then you have to pay for the full month. When i got the bill for November month they charged Rs.150 for one month for unlimited GPRS. I called costumer care they are telling that my executive allready inform you.so i cant give you waiver for the same. So please help me what should i do.
