Imp Courier Lost

Dear Sir/Madam,

myself Rakesh Kushwah from Ujjain.

I have given 2 envelopes as courier to Madhur Courier Servises Ujjain, on 12 Dec which contain some important documents and prepaid sim cards. but still courier not reached to concern person. both are very important. i continues requesting to Mr. Jeetu (courier owner Ujjain and Mr. Parihar) to search the courier but from last 4-5 days they are not giving me any feedback and Mr. Jeetu is not receiving my call too. and finally i decided to drop a complaint. i request you to take strickt action. details of courier is given below.
