Wrong billing

I am using data card no 9911461425 last one & half year my previous bill was coming between Rs 399 to 450 but my dec 09 bill was Rs 945 & now my current bill is rs 3743.28 this data card using only for email excess.same i discuses with idea cellular ltd.but they are not helping me.some one can tell me what i can do.regard
