Wrong deduction and fraudulence

I am using idea service provider. on 8th i got a call from idea in that they told me for gprs service for whioch daily 20 rs duduction is made but i did not give any response after that they started the service of this mobile without my acceptance and after that i asked to deactivate this service but they did not do this and still they are deducting money from my account. i want that there should be an action take against from you.
