Without notice suspension

My idea connection is suspended without any prior notice. my connection is working from last four year and in this time span i have submitted my document two times at idea dealer and At idea outlet situated at Dainik Jagran chauraha Lucknow.

now they are again saying that document is required. it mean they are not working according to standard.

when i call to customer care they are saying you have to come to Lucknow for this (presently i am in noida), and they are also saying they dont have my document while i have receipt for that document.

please do something they are doing blunder at that position.
