Misselling of product

I was using INR 1100 pm plan for my blackberry services with unlimited usage

When i got offer for INR 600 pm plan from another service provider, Idea offered me with INR 599 plan saying its the same service with unlimited usage

I have activated blackberry 599 plan last month

I have been informed that this plan is unlimited usage plan

But this month I have received bill of INR 8335 of which INR 5817 has been charged for internet usage

I have been told by customer care that there are some settings which needs to be changed

This was never communicated over phone or in written format or in email

I have never been been informed about this setting.

I would like this charges of INR 5817 to be waived off immediately.
