Balance deduction

I have a idea prepaid connection. one day I found that my balance has been reduced although I did not make any calls. Then I called up to customer care and they said that I have requested for caller tune service for which my money has been deducted, which is totally lie. I told them that you show me that I have requested for the same then I will agree but they are saying it is not possible. I also can not prove that I did not give them any request, because the system is not in my hand.

I was fade-up with their arguments then I said to deactivate my caller tune. One of the telecaller told me that your request has been taken. Then I told him to give the complain number but he said it will be sent to you by sms. which I did not get and after 1 hour again my balance has been reduced for the renew of the same. Now they are saying that the money has been deducted as per my request so it can not be added back. Rs.40 or Rs50 does not matter, matter is the service they are providing..

Hope you will look into this matter and dissolve the same
