Mobile Charges Levied

Hello,

For last 4/5 months, I've been charged MMS/Content Download charges on my postpaid idea card. I've been fighting for last 3 months, still there is no resolution. My outgoing and incoming was stopped for non-payment of bills because I declined to pay these charges and pressed for its removal. I was promised to remove the charges and paid.

This month I found out that these charges appear again. As per Idea, destination number appears as ph1019fullsongpk5. I really don't understand what is it? I've been said to use this service at wee hours of the night (anywhere between 11-12 to 4-5) and during the day as well. Can someone help me with this issue.
