After clearing the amount not allowing for MNP & charging again the monthly rental

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Mahesh Punamiya, using Idea number = 09594903888.

I had given a request for mobile number portability on 08/07 after clearing all my dues, by sending a sms.

Following are the reference numbers which are generated by Customer Care, which will give details of my mnp follow-up, i was also told by customer care in each and every call that as my dues are cleared, so my mnp will take place in seven days.

Details of call to customer care :

But, till date my mnp is not done.

I have received a call from Idea (022 67349138), on 28/7, on 30/7 & on 6/8 for settlement & not to port out & was also told that we (idea) refund your deposit of Rs.300, which was paid by you (me) at the time of activation.

Instead of that, i have received a bill of rs.475 (175 300=475-300=175) bill copy attached.

I here by, request you to get me my refundable deposit of Rs.300 & wave off this bill as i haven't use the connection & also Do my Port Out as soon as possible.
