NON -ACTIVATION OF NEW SIM AFTER CHARGING AN ADVANCE OF Rs.950

Dear Sir,

In May I made an advance payment of Rs.950/- to IDEA CELLULAR LTD. for a new Postpaid Mob. No.9911122591. But nobody from Idea came to me for verification of documents etc. Thereafter, I submitted my documents thrice to Idea persons but my SIM was not activated. I also sent several emails to Idea requesting them to activate my mob. no.9911122591 but they informed again and again that MY IDEA NO. WAS WORKING FINE. When I dialed the above number from my other mobile, then to my surprise some lady received my call which means that this number has been allotted to some other person. When this was brought to the knowledte to the Idea, they finally intimated me that "I SHOULD GO FOR A NEW SIM" INSTEAD OF THE ABOVE NUMBER. Now, Sir, I have been facing lot of problem for the last more than three months after PAYING ADVANCE OF Rs.950/- TO IDEA WITHOUT ANY RESULTS. Further, to inform you that Idea person also did not give me the RECEIPT OF Rs.950/- AND SAID THAT THE SAID PAYMENT WOULD BE INCLUDED IN MY FIRST BILLING.

I AM VERY MUCH FED UP WITH IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET MY IDEA NUMBER ACTIVATED AS THE SAME HAS BEEN ALLOTTED TO SOMEONE ELSE AND WHEN I VISIT THE IDEA OUTLET, THEY MAKE EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES AND ASK ME TO VISIT SOME OTHER IDEA OUTLET FOR MY COMPLAINT.

Therefore, Sir, I humbly request you to look into the matter and get me justice.
