I requested sevaral times in Idea cellular limited cuastomer care to deactivate Channel 99 renued, customer care responded it allready deactivated these services, and no other services activated in your account. Yesterday Igot a message that channel 99 is renewed to your mobile. But I have not activated that service. Tat service got automatically activated & I lost Rs.25 from my balance. What can I do? Plz deactive my avobe service as soon as possible.
