Sir,

I am recharged my idea cell phone connection with 97 internet package. My mobile number is 919544296448. I am continuously recharged last 6-7 months with this package. They are provide 69MB daily internet browsing with 30 days in those days (almost 2070 MB usage). Today 23/09, I am also recharged the same package with flex recharge method. then they send a confirmation and package activated message about the recharge. after the first usage, I have a message 'You have 1024.06MB browsing balance'. on the shop the are published a advertisement with recharge 97 have 2GB browsing. Then I called the Idea Customer care, and discussed with the problem. They are not officially declared this, its on testing. then I am requested to change my plan to earliest package. they are rejected my request and drop my call

I am recharge 97 with my knowledge and the advertisement on the shop. but the are provide the useless and uninformed package to me. I don't know what should i do. please help me
