I RECHARGED MY IDEA NUMBER 9605262606 FOR 103 FLEXI RECHARGE ON 18th oct, AS OFFER WAS 1000 MIN IDEA2IDEA CALLS FOR 1MONTH,

this offer was described under flexi chart (offer- chart) and no conditions or tarrif applies found, today i called to idea customer care but their response was too harsh & hard to accept, they said it was offer recharge and was for only customer who got the message, but why they gave this amt on offer chart, when we visit any shop they give this chart and ask us which recharge we would like to do... now when i ask the customer care representative

his reply was that we can't convert this amt to ordinary balance... nor we can give this offfer... so atlast the WE PAY 103 RUPEES FOR NOTHING BUT THIS KIND OF RUBBISH COMPANIES WHICH JUST KNOWS TO MAKE MONEY BUT NO CUSTOMER SATIFACTION.

I ASK FOR JUSTICE IS THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR SHOULD BE ALLOWED...
