After that Before two day call from 919737450949 dated:- 9 / 11 /11, call from 919737450952 dated :- 10 / 11 / 11 and also SMS from IG-612345 dated:- 10 / 11 / 11 that " Priya Grahak, Idea ma apna document DOT na nava nirdesh pramane nathi etle kripya najikna Idea Recharge outlet par te jama karavi do." There fore I submit once again my document as per DOT today date:- 11 / 11 / 11 at Idea outlet at Gajanan Communication - Brahmpuri Naka, Dadiya Bazar, Main Road, Daidya Bazar, Vadodara -390001 (Gujarat) & my form no. is 39427457. so please conform that my document submit at DOT and send my reply on my Mobil No.09824467519
