Uneccesary charges for VAS

I am IDEA post paid card holder and unecessary charges of 800rs. was charges to my no.; stating that i have downloaded the games from chargebale website.

Wherein, it was completely free content and i had to pay no charges for downloading the gams from that website.

I had couple of interaction with call centre people and exchange of multiple mails on the same issue but nobody is bothered to help me on this.

This indicates how irresponsible is the company for thier customer complaints.

I have also, asked for the web site; which they can easily provide; still no revert from company side.

This is really irritating and i am also getting calls and mails to pay the bill; which is not used by me.

Please help me to resolve this matter.
