Automatic balance deduction for value added service

I am using idea prepaid sim for last 3 years and get no major problem but just now they have deducted Rs 30 from my account without my consent for value added service on 11 march that was not activated by me. i got no call from them or made call to them to activate it. I contacted customer care and get reply that money cant be refunded. I just want my money back. Money deduction made me sleepless night when i checked my balance after one week later after activation.

Please stop this type of activities this only shows bad services from you. I will be very grateful to you if you could resolve my problem by refunding my money at your earliest.
