Charged without activisation of service

I have not acivated any Voice Chat service on my mobile number 9093033654. But Idea Cellular Ltd have charged me Rs. 15 resp. I have spoken in customer care sevice of Idea Cellular Ltd first attempt they have denied to pay back the deducted amount. Please provide the solution of my problem to get back the deducted amount. And this executive try to prove that i am laier, he told me that, this amount will be charge at 9.00 am and he will send me confirmation message in my mobile no, please believe me that i have not receive any message till time for this service. I told her but she was denied this and he told me that please check your inbox.

She told me that she is- Piyali (Sr. Executive)

So i tell you that, either i cancel this sim or please return my amount.
