Cheat with client - IDEA Cellular - Company is creating issue for me. (Complain)

Dear Madam/Sir,

I, Dipen V shah, am using IDEA cellular facility. My Mobile no. 9904401900.

I have received SMS form IDEA company (IY-55456) on Dated 11/02 & time 05:18 pm, SMS regarding Dialer Tone. I put here the SMS for your infomation.

SMS Dialer Tone will be activated in 24 hrs. DEKHO DEKHO JAANAM copied from 9978925919 has been set as ur DT. Charges: Rs.15/song & Rs.30 monthly rental.

I am very surprised when I call to IDEA Customer care at dated 11/02 time 05/31pm, & talk with executive Ms. Dipula Jadhav. She told me that The Dialer Tone was activated by me dated 11/02 & time 03:08 pm. I told her that I am not call to 9978925919 on date 11/02, but she is not accepted.

She was again & again told me that our system is right, our system is right.

what is this!!! It means I am wrong.

When I ask the complain Ref No., She told me that I am not giving any type of Complain no.

I am very surprised by Idea Cellular co., This company are creating the issue because this is second time. In past, this type of issue creating by company.

I want deactivated the dialer tone facility & no charges are debited in my account from company and also want company is not creating issue in future.

I am also want IDEA Company send mt the Dial list of 11/02 with time and contact no.
