Wrong deduction of bill

Sir, my no is 98221 19020, i have subscribed to idea mobiles offer of 1 paisa per second in the month of january. i was recd meesg that validity is for 1 year. and now from 6/2/10 idea is deductiong from my balence Rs. 1 per minute. I complaint to 198 of idea but he said first enquire at 12345 customer care, i enquired there and he said that my validity is for one year. again i complaint, the excutive said that validity is for one month!!! this way they are cheating very educated peoples also what about others!!!
