Online recharge failure

On 17 November I have tried online recharge through

http://www.ideacellular.com/IDEA.portal for 100 /- .Payment is successful and amount is transferred from my sbi account but recharge failed.i received one message from idea saying that amount would be reversed to my bank account within 8 days.

I had tried online recharge two time before both time result was same, fortunately amount was reversed to my account in both cases.

Now my problem is that is this online recharging is not working properly .please shutdown it .. idea is always sending messages regarding online recharge . please stop it until it is working.
