Charging without consent

I have a mobile service connection with Idea cellular as 99488 10402.

I am 65 years old living along with my wife with an megre income and you can understand my situation. And at this age, without any support and I am not a govt. employee or neither an employee of any organised organisation, working all my life as an employee in the small enterprises, very tiresome life.

This, Idea cellular once in a while snatched my money from my prepaid charges

for the services likes dialer tones, alerts, song slection etc., without any information or my consent.

On 30th June they charged me from my prepaid charges Rs.30 and Rs.15 towards dialer tone and song selection, and said in those messages '" to deactivate dial toll free 155223 '". I could not understand why they are sugesting to deactivate in case if it was done at my request. Rs.45 may seem less to the readers but it is a very big amount as big as the fortunes of Birla's. If the amount is not reimbursed it may cost the destruction of Birla Empire.

Kindly, anyone can send this message to Aditya Birla!?
