Monthly bill paid but not deposited to my a/c

I, bhargav mehta has paid my monthly telephone bill of idea cellular Ltd. at their authorized collection centre at rajkot, kaushalyam Telecom, by debit card on 2nd June but still till 9th of June they have not credited to my a/c. my mobile No. is 9924244755 and they have also stopped.my services those they need to provide like ISD calling etc. they have also stopped my outgoing services for one day. I have informed them many times to the collection centre but they have not replied satisfactorily so I have also çomplained to their call centre but they have also not replied in a proper manner. my complaint's transaction I'd is 201206219471810 kindly look into this and please try to resolve the issue.
