SUBJECT: DISCONNECT OF MOBILE NO WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR INTIMATION.

I am using my Idea Mumbai no 9702896899 for the past Two years. On 30 Dec my no was temporary gone out of service and IVRS system told me to contact Costumer Care of the Company. When i contacted the same I was told to submit my document once again. When i inquired on which basis i told to that, i was informed due to Govt directives. When i told them to register a complaint to disconnect my number without giving prior intimation they told me that you must have got call from our customer care. But on ground reality i did not get any call or message from Idea and convey the same to them and they did not register my complaint in this matter, although i agree to submit my documents to company retailer or nearest Idea outlet.
