I m not satisfied with idea customer care services n information regarding TRAI

I am living in greater noida and taking services of idea cellular since 3 years. I am a student and living in p.g..As the new rules and regulations according to TRAI, customer care informed me that your id is not submitted yet... so please submit that, ...its ok... infect when i purchased this sim, i have submitted my id... but no problems for that. I am complaining here for rude and amateur behavior of idea customer care at commercial belt in greater noida. I told them that i am a student here and i am living in p.g. so i can submit my voter id card or domicile and as for the address verification is concern i can submit my p.g. s electricity bill or telephone bill but they said that this is not sufficient so i requested them for the suggestive alternatives... but they rudely said that you can cut your number and go for other cellular company... we can t do anything and we have no time... go and check TRAI rules...

I have thought that i am a respected customer of idea but they proved me wrong... thank you idea cellular for this great gesture for their customers... thank you.
