I'm putting mail below sent to Idea cellular support mail ids:

I hope someone reads these mails and take some action.
My Name is ABC and mobile number is nnnn.
your ppl disconnect my service every month around 24th to 27th. The reason is given as outstanding amount.
No one was able to clarify why it is till last month. Sometimes they were telling it was a technical problem and won't occur again.
However, same story continued next month. Now your ppl started saying, I have outstanding amount. But, they couldn't tell any details as I was making very timely payments.
Next Month (24th Feb 10), I escalated and spoke with Manager named Rupesh. He told me they was some outstanding/carried forward amount on August 09 bill.
I was surprised to hear this as nothing is getting shown on my bills. My service was reconnected.
Again, you frustrated me today (27th Mar 10) by disconnecting my services.
I against spoke this Mr Rupesh and heard same stuff on August 09 bill. Now on the call I checked the bill and surprised to see there was no any such outstanding balance.
Your ppl just lie. I can't believe this.
Then I spoke with his Manager Mr. Vikas a new story about converting my individual account to corporate account. He is going to check all records again.
I'm expecting that, you pay for wasting my time and service interuptions. I discussed with Mr vikas and mentioned that, I'm expecting a discount or delayed payment term.
I would like to quatify this further here. I expect discount/credit of Rs 500 to my account or accepted delays in payment till next 6 months.
If this gets unsettled here, I've to take the matter to consumer court.
