Sir/madam,

I am idea cellular prepaid connection holder. My cell phone no.8058498713. A call received from idea call centre and asked me, "your cell phone no. has randomly choosed for free "e net" facility. will you accept this facility? " I refuged after that said facility activated without my permission and knowledge and Rs. 40.00 deducted from my balance. even I didn't see any single site during this period. when this forgery came in my knowledge. I contected idea call centre and explain my complaint but call centre didn't accept my complaint. call cenre replied me, "This facility accepted from by your side then this facility activated on your phone."

Kindly credit above deducted amount immediatly in my balance through idea. I have many other example for this type of forgery.
