Idea Cellular Robs money from Customers

At 9:14am today (9th July), I received the following sms from Idea Cellular (IZ-IDEACL):

Your subscription to Love 360 Daily is activated @ Rs 1 for 1 Day.

To deact SMS UNSUB ZQLVD to 55456.

A few minutes after I saw the messge, I sent an sms to 55456 with the message UNSUB ZQLVD. Promptly, I got the following confirmation message:

Your request to unsubscribe from ZQLVD has been registered.

Now, here is my complaint:

1. I never asked for this service to be activated, so who gave Idea Cellular the right to activate a service without first seeking the customer's concurrence?

2. On top of this, I had to spend time to read this message, to send the deactivation message to Idea Cellular, and end up paying Rs 3/- for the message. The least Idea Cellular should do is to cancel the Rs 3/- charge and restore the balance, along with an apology to the customer. And, if the customer so prefers, stop repeating such acts.
