Wrong billing

I have not used any internet service nor accessed any game downloading but I have been charged Rs.100/- on 02.04.10 & again Rs.100/- on 03.04.10 as per information provided by Sh. Sandeep (Floor supervisor) on 03.04.10 at 9.00 PM (help desk no. 4444) ; complaint no. 1- 5161825094.The reply given thru SMS states that billing is correct.

I am deeply shocked at this unethical practise and request you to immediately ractify the above mistake at your end as I have not used the service for which I am wrongly charged.

Please respond immediately otherwise I will be constrained to lodge complaint at appropriate level.
