Idea cellular service
Charged for Unused service

Hi,

I am using Idea mobile connection No. 9990840888. The company has charged me for unnecessary service "IMS Night Plan" which is not activited by me. When I complaint them, they deactivate the service but do not agree to refund the amount.

Please note that I never request for any such service.

Kindly look into the matter.
