Activation of ideaboxffice service without prior notice

I am idea mobile user. My no is 9926518751.2 months ago igot message that i am subscribed to idea boxoffice @rs30.I was shocked to see Rs30 deducted from my account without my acceptance. I complain this to idea office they assured me that it would be deactivated in 24 hours. But im disgusted to seee that Rs 30 deducted again this month. I am puzzeled where to complain and claim.
