Not Respecting MNP

Hi,

Due to poor signals strength and poor service I have decided to port to Airtel from Idea. I have sent the request message to Idea with correct format 'PORT MyMobileNumber' but I didn't receive any Unique Porting Code (UPC), so I have talked with so called Customer Care and they said that I didn't the code properly. And they start asking why am I porting and started convincing. I said that I have decided and sent the sms again as they asked to send again. Again they didn't send UPC. Again I called them and this time they again started convincing. I strongly said that I want to switch to Airtel and want UPC, they said that for that they need 24 hrs as they want to send one email to upper hierarchy. Even they refused to give complaint id for the complaint 'Not receiving UPC'. I have asked for the employee id of the person with whom I am talking for further proceeding, even that was rejected.

let me check how can I proceed further...

I just want to post my experience with Idea Cellular service.
