Charged for Premium No. but given Ordinary no

Hi,

I bought one Post Paid Mobile Sim Connection from IDEA Office, Gohana on 20th July'2011. The no. i bought was premium no. for which i paid Rs.600/- in addition to connection charges. But on next day when no. activates was ordinary one. then i complaint to IDEA but i have not received any response from their side. So please look into this.

But In actual activated no. - 99****3135
