Despite Repeated Complaints No Action/ No Service on 3G Phone

My 3G Idea Phone Huawei - bought on 9.12. from Deepak Communications, vide their Bill No 652, for Rs 5852, has no Call Facility, and 3G Connection for three days.

Phone Number 8742947111 (Sim) 3G Huawei Phone recently Launched by Idea..

Despite Repeated Complaints here, no action, no solution.

Phone is rendered useless, with no Connection and showing Emergency Calls only.

I wish to lodge a Complaint for Reimbursement of my money from Idea.
