Un-authorised deduction

On 13-04 I got a message on my Idea prepaid mobile no.9525512797 that Rs. 30/- has been deducted towards the subscription against "Mitti ke Rang" from my main balance without my request or without my permission. This happened also in the month of March. Customer care is a bunch of lairs and they always try to say they are right and we customers are wrong. I dont know how to resolve and get my un-authorised deduction credited to my main balance.

I know there is a hight power executive in Airtel to resolve such compalain withing 24 hours and I have got all problem solved and credited all amount if deducted wrongly... Such Airtel customers... please write your complain to... 121@in.airtel.com

But for Idea Cellular... I do not know whom to write... if any of you know please write me or call 9934426074
