No network covrage

I have a connection with idea postpaid number is 09855751800 i m facing the problem of network failure from last 2 days.i have submitted complaint also but they are not taking any action.i m completely pissed of by this kind of behavior of idea cellular operator.please help me to solve my problem... No one can listen about this problem. idea is bad services
