Change of plan without asking

My cell no. is 9824086347 and I am customer of IDEA since 2002.At present I am getting 1 second plan and it is valid upto feb. Today I received a message from idea that my plan is changed to 50 ps? min plan. As i HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR i ASKEd at cust.care (chargeable Service) and asked why my plan is changed? The ans was v.rough. He said the co had asked by message to you in past (when he is not ans'ng) and you have confirmation and so we have activated the Plan. In past I have never asked for nor given any confirmation by pressing yes button to them but by this cheating process they have changed our plan for one month. When I told him to cancell the same and put me to old 1 sec plan, he said no you HAVE TO use this plan for 1 month.

By this complaint platform I am comlaining that without my permission co.has changed my plan and this should be canceeled immidiately.
