I get unrechable while surffing internet

I have an idea no nad activate the internet plan (98). while i am surffing the internet on my phone that time if some one made a call to me they get my phone is switch off or unrechable. i'm vrey frsated these kind of service provided by the idea. any one know how to excalete the issue with idea.
