Deactivated vip sim for there benifit

My name is Jeetendra Patel from Jabalpur.

I need to register a complaint against Idea Telecom. I have pyrchased a SIM on Dec. I have been using the SIM Card since past seven years; but recently I wasn’t using it and my phone was switched off for around 2 months. When I tried to start the SIM; I found it has been deactivated and assigned to some other customer, without giving any prior notification regarding deactivation.

I tried to work out on this with Idea, but nobody assisted me or guided me on the procedure.

Even I reported this to consumer forum and no one took even interest to listen to my case and give proper suggestions.

Please guide me and advise the process for retaining my SIM back.
