I manoj currently using an IDEA mobile no. 9811525589. This no. is in CUG plan of ARCIS E Services Pvt Ltd. 415, Udyog Vihar Ph-3, Gurgaon (Hr). My mobile outgoing services are currently on hold due to nonpayment of mobile no. 8750706111of Rs. 945/- as per IDEA customer care executive & IDEA outlet. But i have never apply / taken this mobile no. 8750706111. As per IDEA outlet this no. is allotted to Manoj kumar name on 31/06 & billing address is same (ARCIS E Services Pvt Ltd. 415, Udyog Vihar Ph-3, Gurgaon (Hr).) with my mobile no. As per details of Mobile No. 8750706111 from IDEA outlet they show me the details Date of Birth of this person is 21/06/1985 & alleternate Mobile no. is 9953222017. But these details are not mine. My date of Birth is 06/09/1980, my alternate mobile no. is 9811525589 & I have migrated my mobile no. 9811525589 from Vodafone to IDEA in Sept. So I request you to please provide me the best solution as soon as possible.
