SURRENDER OF CONNECTION

I have surrender my mobile number 919814003844 by depositing SIM card with the office of the comapny at SCO 52-53, Sector 17-A, Chandigarh on 16-11 and cleared my dues up to 15-11 by making full and final payment of Rs. 250/- after adjustment of my refundable deposit of Rs. 150/-.

The Company is stiil sending me the bill for the period after 16-11, for which I sent e-mails to the Nodel Officer as well as Appellate Authority, but failed to get any response from them.

I am being harassed from getting frequent calls from the company representative for the payments of their bills raised for the period after 16-11.

I have receipt of the surrender of my said mobile connection duly acknowledged by the Company office.
