Not deactivate the service

Sir my self mahinder kumar and i am regular costumer of mobile no 9891776906 in december i reacharge a massage voucher for one month but after that idea has started a vas massage without my permission and every week 10 rupee is deduct from my prepaid account without my permission then i launche a complain at costomer care 8/02 and they give me a massage for deacctivation of this service and give me a complain no sr no.1-663908670 and told me that it would be deactivate with in 11 hrs 0 min. but next week again 10 ruppe is dedcut from my accont and i again complain the costomer care date 19/02 and they give me again complain no sr no 1-1232258661 and told me it deactivae with in 11 hrs
