Less Talk Time Given than Assured

IDEA Customer Care Officer,

I have recharged Rs. 49/- Scheme for 1 Paisa/Sec for Local/STD on 05.12.09. I was told that on Recharge of Rs. 49/- talk time of Rs. 25/- will be given. But on Recharge I was given talk time of Rs. 10- only instead of Rs. 25/-, Which is cheating with Customer. Hence, you are requested to give balance talk time of Rs. 15/- immediately on my mobile no. 9702353492.
